Fire Alarms Testing and Maintenance
The regular servicing of Fire Alarm Systems is an important component of system reliability. Any system may fail or experience unwanted alarms for a variety of reasons, the most common “lack of proper service”.
WSE provides a comprehensive fire alarm testing program that meets the NFPA and both State & Local Fire Codes. The necessary documentation is provided to satisfy local authorities, insurance providers, joint commission and organizations requiring certified fire alarm test reports.
WSE stocks a complete line of repair parts to quickly get your fire alarm system up to standards in case problems are found during the inspection and/or Service Call. WSE can provide a Service & Maintenance Contract which includes testing and repair of the system. We can tailor the contract to meet your needs. We provide service during normal business hours; Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm, as well as after hours, weekend and holidays.

Fire Alarms Service Contracts
WSE can provide a Service and Maintenance Contract to suit your needs and more importantly, to comply with the Miami-Dade Fire Alarms Ordinance 14-66 which is currently being enforced by the local Fire Departments throughout South Florida. See information on the local municipalities currently enforcing this Ordinance. Under this Ordinance, it is required to include the Runner Service which requires the Fire Alarm Service providers to respond as follows:
2-Hour Response to any “ALARM” or “SUPERVISORY” conditions.
4-Hour Response to any “TROUBLE” conditions.
WSE’s Fire Alarm Service + Maintenance Agreements are written to meet this ordinance along with all State and Local Fire Codes as well.

WSE is proud to be certified as an FM APPROVED Fire Alarm Service – Local Company since April, 1999. This Certification allows WSE to provide Installation, Testing & Maintenance and Runner Services in compliance with the equipment and service requirements of the FM Approval Standard 3011 – Central Station Service for Fire Alarms and Protective Equipment Supervision.
